Welcome to Manual Driving Academy (“MDA”). By booking a lesson or using our services including perusing this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions
1. General Requirements
1.1. All users of Manual Driving Academy’s services (“Student(s)”) must hold a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance to book a lesson unless supplementary insurance is purchased through Manual Driving Academy.
1.2. Students must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations during lessons. Lessons may only take place in an open parking lot or private road. Lessons may not take place on public roads or highways. For the safety of the instructor teaching the lesson (“Instructor(s)”) and Student, the Student must adhere to the Instructor’s judgement on permissibility of location for a lesson.
2. Booking and Scheduling
2.1. Lesson dates and times can generally be adjusted within reason, subject to Instructor availability.
2.2. Lessons may be rescheduled or postponed for up to one year from the original booking date if the Student is not ready at the scheduled time.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Refunds are only eligible if Manual Driving Academy is unable to secure an Instructor for the Student’s preferred or secondary date. Refunds are not eligible for any other reason.
3.2. Requests for refunds must be submitted via email at support@manualdrivingacademy.com.
4. Liability
4.1. Participants are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their driving experience and medical conditions.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, available at https://manualdrivingacademy.com/privacy-policy/.
6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
